Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is confirmed and paid. Please verify that all items, quantities, and payment details are correct before completing your transaction.

Pricing

All prices on our website are displayed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Shipping fees and applicable promotions will be calculated during checkout.

Payment Methods We Accept

1. GCash
   We accept GCash payments via QR code or mobile number. Instructions will be provided during checkout or by our support team.
2. Bank Transfer / Bank Deposit
   We accept direct transfers to our official BPI and BDO accounts. Account details will be provided upon order confirmation. Please send a photo of the deposit slip or a screenshot of the transfer for verification.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
   COD is available for select items and locations only. If your address is eligible, this option will appear during checkout. Please prepare the exact amount upon delivery.
4. Credit or Debit Card
   We accept Visa and Mastercard payments via secure payment gateways. All transactions are encrypted to protect your personal information.
5. PayMaya and Other E-Wallets
   Payments through PayMaya and select other Philippine e-wallets are accepted. Availability may depend on checkout platform compatibility.

Order Policies

If a payment is declined, we will notify you by SMS or email. You may reattempt the same method or switch to another. Orders without verified payment after 3 business days will be automatically cancelled unless otherwise arranged with our team.

Coupons and Discounts

• Coupons cannot be combined with other sales, shipping promos, or discounts.
• Expired coupons will not be honored.
• Store credits or discount codes from prior transactions must be applied before checkout. If you need help redeeming a valid code, contact our customer support team before completing your order.
• Discounted items may be excluded from further coupon use unless explicitly stated.
