We accept:

- Bank transfers (BDO / BPI / Other Banks)

Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, same-day delivery is available for select items within Metro Manila. Orders must be confirmed and paid before 11:00 AM to qualify. Service areas and fees vary.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Pickup is available from our designated warehouse or pickup location. Choose the “Pickup” option at checkout and wait for confirmation before arriving.
Where do orders ship from?
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Philippines. We use trusted courier partners for nationwide delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times:
- Metro Manila: 1–3 business days
- Luzon (outside NCR): 2–5 business days
- Visayas & Mindanao: 3–7 business days
Delays may occur due to weather, courier capacity, or peak seasons.
Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking number is provided via SMS or email once your order is dispatched. Use the link provided to monitor delivery progress.
Do you offer warranties or returns?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. In such cases, report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the item and include clear photos.
What should I do if my order is missing or incorrect?
Contact our support team immediately using the website chat or email support@kgcar.ph. Provide your order number and supporting details for quick resolution.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
No. You can order any quantity—large or small.
Do you offer coupons or discounts?
Yes. We run seasonal promotions and offer exclusive discount codes through our newsletter and social media.
Note: Coupons cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Order changes are only possible before a tracking number is issued. Once a package is marked for shipment, no modifications can be made.
What happens if my payment fails?
You’ll be notified via SMS or email. You can try the same method again, switch to another option, or cancel the order. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 3 business days.
