Refund and Return Policy

Applies to: All purchases made through www.kgcar.ph
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Defective or Damaged Items: Defective Products, damaged upon delivery, or not as described.
- Incorrect Items: Products that differ from what was ordered.
- Change of Mind: Returns due to change of mind are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made or special-order items.
- Items marked as “Clearance,” “Open Box,” or “Demo.”
- Items that have been installed, used, or altered.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Email returns@kgcar.ph within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, item(s) to be returned, reason for return, and supporting photos if applicable.
- Receive RMA: Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
- Ship the Item: Send the item back to the address provided, ensuring it’s securely packaged.
Note: Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item:
- Approved Returns: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 5% may apply for change-of-mind returns.
4. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange:
- Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Process: Follow the return process and indicate your preference for an exchange.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.
5. Warranty Claims
For items under manufacturer’s warranty:
- Contact Us: Email warranty@kgcar.ph with your order details and issue description.
- Assistance: We will guide you through the warranty claim process with the manufacturer.
6. Refused or Undeliverable Orders
If an order is refused or deemed undeliverable:
- Processing: The order will be treated as a return.
- Deductions: Shipping fees and any return-to-sender charges will be deducted from your refund.
7. Legal Compliance
Our policy complies with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (R.A. 7394) and Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) regulations. We do not enforce a “No Return, No Exchange” policy, ensuring your rights are protected.
