KGCAR.PH is committed to ensuring your orders are processed quickly and delivered securely. This page explains how we handle delivery, shipping, and related concerns for customers across the Philippines.

Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. We offer same-day delivery up to 2 business days. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email or SMS, followed by tracking details once the package is ready for dispatch.

Shipping Coverage

We deliver nationwide within the Philippines using reliable courier partners including LBC, J&T Express, Ninja Van, and others. Some remote or hard-to-reach areas may have limited delivery availability or extended lead times.

Estimated Delivery Time

Typical delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro Manila: 1 to 3 business days
  • Luzon (outside Metro Manila): 2 to 5 business days
  • Visayas & Mindanao: 3 to 7 business days

Delivery schedules may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

Same-Day Delivery (Metro Manila)

Same-day delivery is available for select items within Metro Manila. To qualify:

  • Orders must be placed and paid before 11:00 AM
  • The delivery address must be within our same-day coverage zones
  • Items must be marked as eligible for same-day delivery

Same-day deliveries are handled by third-party motorcycle couriers. Fees vary by location and will be quoted during checkout or by our support team.

Pickup Option (By Appointment)

Customers may choose to pick up orders directly from our designated warehouse or pickup point. To use this option:

  • Select “Pickup” during checkout
  • Wait for a confirmation message before visiting
  • Bring a valid ID and your order confirmation upon pickup

Pickup is available Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding holidays. Exact location details will be provided after checkout.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, delivery method, and location. Free shipping promos, if any, will be clearly stated on product or cart pages.

Tracking Information

Once your package is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor your delivery directly on the courier’s tracking page.

Responsibility After Dispatch

KGCAR.PH is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once an order has been handed over to the courier. All claims after dispatch must be handled directly with the courier.

Delayed or Failed Deliveries

If your package is delayed, please check the tracking details first. For failed deliveries, re-delivery or pickup from the courier branch may be required. Contact the courier or message us for help verifying status.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Report it to the courier immediately
  • File a claim using the tracking number
  • Share your order details and the courier report with us so we can assist where possible

Replacements may require supporting documentation or confirmation of the filed claim.
